A mandatory prerequisite for being an individual entrepreneur is to obtain state registration through the procedure prescribed by law, which enables a person to engage in entrepreneurial activity at their own risk, in their name, and with their funds, without forming a legal entity.

State Re-registration of a Sole Proprietor

This service enables you to re-register as an individual entrepreneur and resume entrepreneurial activities if you were previously registered as an individual entrepreneur and have since deregistered.

State Registration of Changes to the Records of a Sole Proprietor

The service enables RA citizens and foreign nationals registered in the State Population Register of the RA to modify their registration data online as sole proprietors.

State Registration of Exit for a Sole Proprietor

The deregistration of an individual entrepreneur from the state registry is carried out by any service office of the State Registry Agency of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, regardless of the individual entrepreneur's place of activity. An individual entrepreneur can be deregistered upon their own application (or that of an authorized person), or in cases of the individual entrepreneur's death, being declared an absentee by court order, or being declared bankrupt.
