Welcome to the electronic system of the State Register of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice. The Agency of the State Register of Legal Entities carries out the state registration of all legal entities in the Republic of Armenia (except for financial organizations), and the state registration of separate subdivisions of legal entities, institutions, state bodies, and individual entrepreneurs.

The launch of the electronic e-register.am system aims to reduce the duration of state registration for legal entities and, through the application of a "one-stop shop" principle, ensure the state registration of legal entities and the state registration of individual entrepreneurs within a single visit.

Online services are available for the registration of individual entrepreneurs, and the registration of LLCs, CJSC's and OJSCs, Foundations, and Non-governmental organizations.
