Processing of personal data

On the Digital Services Platform of the State Register of Legal Entities, your data is processed in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Personal Data Protection.” The platform ensures the confidentiality and security of your data in accordance with the provisions established by law.

Personal data held by the Ministry may only be transferred to other state bodies in cases directly provided for by law. The procedure for transferring personal data electronically between state databases is determined by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

If you believe that your rights regarding personal data protection have been violated in any way, you may submit an appropriate application to the authorized body responsible for personal data protection — the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
