The service enables RA citizens and foreign nationals registered in the State Population Register of the RA to modify their registration data online as sole proprietors.Service frequently asked questions
When will I receive the confirmation of the changes to the sole proprietor's information after submitting the application?
Immediately after submitting the online application, the state registration of the changes to the sole proprietor's data will be processed, and you will receive the extract via your email and through notifications in the "My Applications" section.
How can I apply for the service?
- Click the "Apply Online" button and log in via the "Yes Em" identification platform by choosing one of the proposed identification methods.
- Select your Sole Proprietor details.
- Specify all the changes you wish to implement.
- Click the "Submit Application" button and you will see your generated application.
- Digitally sign the generated application using a Mobile ID (or ID card) to complete the service request.
- Click the "Pay" button and pay the RA state duty via the e-payments platform.
Within one minute, the state registration of the changes will be processed. You will find the updated extract in the "My Applications" section and receive it via email.
What is required to implement changes to the Sole Proprietor's information?
An individual can apply for the service by visiting the office of the State Register Agency of Legal Entities, submitting the necessary documents and a document confirming the payment of the state duty. Based on the information provided by the individual, the agency employee prepares the application to implement the changes to the Sole Proprietor.
