About the service
The deregistration of an individual entrepreneur from the state registry is carried out by any service office of the State Registry Agency of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia, regardless of the individual entrepreneur's place of activity. An individual entrepreneur can be deregistered upon their own application (or that of an authorized person), or in cases of the individual entrepreneur's death, being declared an absentee by court order, or being declared bankrupt.Service frequently asked questions
When can I expect to receive confirmation of the deregistration of my sole proprietorship after submitting my application?
Once you submit the online application, the sole proprietor's registration will be canceled immediately by the system. You'll then receive the official extract via email and in the notifications of your "My Applications" section.
How can I apply for the service?
- Click the "Apply Online" button and log in using the "Yes Em" identification platform by selecting one of the offered identification methods,
- Select your Sole Proprietor details,
- Click the "Submit Application" button to view your generated application,
- Electronically sign the generated application using your mobile identification card to apply for the service.
The state registration of your sole proprietorship will be canceled within one minute. You will see the extract from the unified state register of sole proprietors in the "My Applications" section, and you will also receive it as a notification at your email address.
