Submission of the Declaration of Beneficial Ownership

The service is intended for the submission of annual declarations by existing legal entities.

Service is available by visiting an office in person. The service is also available in person by visiting the state register.

About the service

The service is intended for the submission of annual declarations by existing legal entities.

All legal entities are required to submit by February 20 of each year:

-Updated information regarding the beneficial owners of the legal entity, or

  • A confirmation stating that the most recent declaration of beneficial ownership contains up-to-date information as of December 31 of the previous year.
