The establishment and activities of condominiums are regulated by the RA laws "On Condominium" and "On Management of an Apartment Building." A condominium is a non-profit legal entity established by the owners of premises in an apartment building to carry out the management of the building.
Registration of a production cooperative
The service enables the online registration of a production cooperative by physical persons who are citizens of the Republic of Armenia. Registration is carried out either using the templates provided by the system or through versions submitted by the citizens.
